A private GP medical report from £250, for university, insurance, employment or personal requirements. Tell the team who needs the report and send their form or requirements before booking, so the doctor can confirm whether this service is suitable.
The report is based on the doctor's assessment and the medical records available. Any examination or tests needed, the full fee and the expected turnaround are confirmed before you proceed. The doctor can report their clinical findings, but cannot guarantee a particular conclusion or that an organisation will accept the report. Check the recipient's requirements first.
