The Longevity Programme at The Wellness: What £6,995 to £34,995 Includes

The Wellness Longevity Programme is physician-led preventive care that measures how you are ageing and what can change it, through full body MRI, advanced blood testing, DEXA and VO2 max testing, read by a physician into a plan you follow together. Three tiers: Longevity Foundation at £6,995, Longevity Elevation at £14,995 and Longevity Echelon at £34,995, each a one-off programme. The first consultation is free. [1]

Most people who ask about longevity medicine want two honest answers: what exactly do I get, and what will it actually change? Here is the programme in plain terms, with the evidence stated as plainly as the prices.

What the evidence supports

The honest core of longevity medicine is not exotic. NICE names smoking, physical inactivity, alcohol, poor diet, excess weight and loneliness as the avoidable risk factors behind dementia, disability and frailty in later life. Most of what a sound programme changes sits on that list. [2]

The World Health Organization links a balanced diet, regular physical activity and avoiding tobacco across life with a lower risk of chronic disease and a later need for care, and the UK Chief Medical Officers set the activity targets your plan is built around. [3,4]

Where caution belongs

No programme can promise a longer life or reverse ageing, and this one makes no such claim. Biological age estimates vary between tests, and there is limited evidence that changing the number changes health outcomes. More testing can also turn up incidental findings that lead to further scans or worry, which your doctor discusses with you before anything is ordered. [1]

Who it is not for

New or worsening symptoms need a GP appointment first, before any longevity programme. For a medical emergency, call 999. The programme is for people who are well and intend to stay that way, measured properly. [1]

How to begin

The first consultation is free, by video, at a time you choose. Bring any recent results so the doctor can tell you what is worth measuring and which tier, if any, fits. Request it through the site, call 020 3951 3429, or email team@thewellnesslondon.com. [1]

Common questions

Is longevity medicine worth it if I feel healthy?

For most people the largest gains come from the risk factors NICE names: smoking, inactivity, alcohol, poor diet, excess weight and loneliness. A programme earns its fee when it measures those risks properly and helps you act on them. [2]

Can a clinic reverse my biological age?

No clinic can promise that. Biological age estimates vary between tests, and the evidence that changing the number changes outcomes is limited. The focus here is on risks and habits with real outcome evidence. [1]

What does the free consultation commit me to?

Nothing. It is a video call to decide what is worth measuring. The programmes themselves are one-off fees, published plainly above. [1]

Can I start with Foundation and move up later?

Yes. Many clients establish the baseline first, then decide whether the deeper Elevation or Echelon layers are warranted once the first picture is in. Adjustments between tiers are available on request. [1]
