How It Works
Step 1: Book a Consultation
Same-day video appointments available.
Step 2: Describe Your Symptoms
Tell the GP about:
Burning or pain when urinating
Frequent need to urinate
Lower abdominal pain
Cloudy or strong-smelling urine
How long symptoms have lasted
Step 3: Get Treatment
If the GP confirms a UTI, they'll prescribe antibiotics. The prescription goes electronically to your chosen pharmacy. Collect it the same day.

Can You Diagnose UTI Without a Urine Test?

When Testing Is Needed:
Recurrent UTIs
Symptoms not typical
Men (UTIs less common, need investigation)
Pregnant women
Not responding to treatment
We can arrange urine testing if clinically indicated.
