Introducing Testosterone Replacement Therapy and Venesection

We're pleased to announce a new addition to our men's health service. Doctor-led Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) using Nebido, alongside therapeutic venesection, now available at The Wellness.

For many men, the gradual dip in energy, motivation, libido and mental sharpness that comes with falling testosterone is written off as "just getting older." It often isn't. Low testosterone is a treatable clinical condition, and when it's properly diagnosed and managed, the difference to everyday life can be significant.

What we now offer

Testosterone Replacement Therapy with Nebido. Nebido (testosterone undecanoate) is a long-acting injectable testosterone. Unlike short-acting injections that require frequent top-ups, one Nebido injection maintains stable levels for around 10 to 14 weeks, which means fewer appointments and steadier results, without the peaks and troughs. Every treatment plan starts with a full consultation and blood work, so therapy is only ever recommended when it's clinically appropriate for you.

Therapeutic venesection. Testosterone therapy can raise your red blood cell count and blood thickness (haematocrit), which, left unmonitored, carries cardiovascular risk. Venesection is the safe, controlled removal of a measured volume of blood to bring those levels back into range. Offering it in-house means men on TRT can be monitored and treated in one place, by the same clinical team.
