Why a fixed panel is often the wrong starting point
A named package sells well because it's easy to understand. Buy the hormone panel, get your hormones checked. Buy the energy panel, get told why you're tired.
The problem is that fatigue, for example, has dozens of possible causes: iron deficiency, thyroid dysfunction, poor sleep, depression, coeliac disease, vitamin B12 or folate deficiency, chronic infection, or nothing biochemical at all. A fixed energy panel might catch some of these and miss others entirely, while including markers that were never relevant to you in the first place.
